ESPN broadcaster Rece Davis will declare for the NFL draft citing his personality as the main reason he believes he can make it with an NFL team. An unabashed Alabama booster and second rate broadcaster, the cherubic Davis hopes to play defensive tackle at the next level because of the physical contact.
A graduate of The University of Alabama and a member of ESPN since 1995, Davis will attend the NFL draft carrying his favorite Teddy Bear and accompanied by his hair stylist, Jonathon.
Laughing when asked if he’s worried about getting hurt Davis explains his philosophy:
Pain? I likey.
Davis was born Laurece Davis and submitted a petition to the NFL draft to insure his real name isn’t used during his selection by Matt Millen and the Lions.
