Recruiting analyst (Latin for opportunist) Tom Luginbill is the epitome of mediocrity in sports journalism. At once arrogant and deficient, he talks endlessly about how he weathered the recruiting wars. He ended up at Palomar Junior College where he was a proficient gunslinger throwing against the likes of Peter, Paul, and Mary.
